Does Carbon suit you?

Our Carbon service provides a fast and reliable solution because its fully hosted for you, providing a Zabbix system for IT Monitoring with lowest administrative overhead.

The Carbon server will exploit a Zabbix proxy to be installed on your site, and communicate through a dedicated network port to the server. Nobius can take care of these steps for you (remote access required). Following this, Zabbix will discover your devices and begin monitoring.

Finally, you will connect to the Carbon server and see monitored data, issues, alerts based on standardised templates for your IT Windows or Linux servers, network devices. etc.

Dashboards and Reports

Although you can see examples of typical Zabbix dashboards at the foot of this page, above all note that they are easily tailored to suit your priorities and operations staff roles and responsabilities.

Equally, communicating to management is quickly set up using the scheduled reporting feature. Important notifications can be transmitted via SMS, email or chat platforms (Slack, MS Teams, …) and integration with ITSM help desk software automatically refines IT operations processes.
